Limited Licence to Download and Use the Artwork(s)

THIS LICENCE IS GIVEN BY STEPH BOND-HUTKIN TRADING AS MODERN PRINTABLES TO YOU, THE CUSTOMER AND PURCHASER OF COPIES OF DIGITAL ARTWORKS FROM THE MODERN PRINTABLES ONLINE STORE.

CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS WELL AS THE EXPORT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS SET OUT BELOW. YOU MUST ANSWER THE REQUIRED QUESTION TRUTHFULLY TO LET US KNOW WHETHER YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND EXPORT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS AND WHETHER YOU AGREE TO COMPLY. YOU MUST CLICK A FURTHER BUTTON TO CONFIRM YOUR ANSWER AND IF YOU ANSWER IN THE AFFIRMATIVE, A BINDING LICENCE AGREEMENT ("LICENCE") WILL BE CONCLUDED BETWEEN US. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND EXPORT COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS, THEN DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE ARTWORK. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL THIS LICENCE AT ANY TIME YOU MAY DO SO BY DESTROYING ALL COPIES AND PARTIAL COPIES OF THE ARTWORK OR ARTWORKS WHICH YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED.

YOU ALSO AGREE THAT YOU HAVE ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION IN ORDER TO ENTER INTO THIS LICENCE WHETHER UNDER AN APPLICABLE E-COMMERCE DIRECTIVE OR OTHERWISE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY FILES.

Please retain a copy of the Licence for your files or you may contact Modern Printables via www.modernprintables.com for a further copy. This licence may be concluded in English or the language in which it is drafted by Modern Printables and appears to you online, as applicable.

This Licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, perpetual but revocable license to use the Artwork and related documentation ("Artwork") on the following terms and conditions:

1. Your right to use the Artwork.You may use the Software in digital and printed form (i.e. the form you download from us and any printout of the Artwork on any document or media) within a single location for private, non-commercial purposes, only. You may copy the Artwork in the same form solely for back-up purposes. You must reproduce our copyright notice and proprietary legends and authorship notices wherever the Artwork is used or printed.

2. Restrictions. The Artwork is copyrighted to the original author and licensed to Modern Printables for sublicence hereunder, and in order to protect these copyrights and licences you must not: (1) distribute copies of the Artwork in any manner online; (2) RENT, LEASE, LOAN, RESELL FOR PROFIT, OR CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS BASED UPON THE ARTWORK OR ANY PART OF IT.

3. Ownership. The orignal author of the Artwork retains the title, ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Artwork and all subsequent copies regardless of the form or media. The Artowrk is protected by the copyright laws applicable in the State of Queensland, Australia, and international copyright treaties. This Licence is not a sale of the Artwork or of any copyright in the Artwork.

4. Termination. This Licence is effective until terminated. This Licence will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of the provisions. Upon termination you shall destroy all copies of the Artwork including any partial copies.

5. Disclaimer. THE ARTWORK IS LICENSED TO YOU "AS IS." YOU ACCEPT ALL RISKS WHICH MAY ARISE FROM THE DOWNLOADING OF THE ARTWORK, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ERRORS IN TRANSMISSION OR CORRUPTION OF EXISTING DATA OR SOFTWARE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF NON INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES' RIGHTS, WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
